After 10 years in business, learning from some of the world’s best Business Coaches, Mentors, and Industry Greats, I aim to educate actionable methods to help gain a positive mindset to be able to succeed in team culture and retention, salon growth and overall business. I see a need for this to be educated by a fellow Salon owner, who is also living salon owner life NOW – going through the same struggles, hiring the same people and juggling today’s busy life.

A major part of Business education is around Mind set, having a Positive Mindset, being the biggest energy in the room, and is mostly presented by those that were in the business many years ago and moved to coaching, or have never been a Salon Owner.

In my experience, after now having spoken at a few Business events, people feel more trust when hearing from a Current business owner, talking the talk, and walking the walk. The audience speak with more openness, and authenticity like they are sharing with someone in the same boat, on the same journey.

My Empathy and passion to share ideas for how to manage their struggles, in both personal and business life, I feel is unique. The ultimate battle of ‘KEEPING THE BALANCE.’

In my sessions I plan to share with my audience, how they too ‘CAN DO IT ALL’ How I had no idea when I started in life, or business. After divorce from both life partner, and separately, my business partners, I managed to create the most amazing family life whilst celebrating a thriving multi-award-winning Team and Business and travelling the world for work and pleasure.

The learners will walk away feeling inspired and driven, but most importantly, will have actions to implement to ensure they are moving towards a happier life and more successful business, from the second they leave the room.
