Each one is broken down into real-world scripts and frameworks anyone can use, even if they hate confrontation. Hey, I’m Alex founder of We Ascend and The Leadership Program, I’m a leadership coach who’s spent the last two decades building businesses, leading teams, and helping people break through the habits, beliefs, and blind spots that keep them stuck.

I’ve worked across hospitality, recruitment, education, and leadership development — and every time, I saw the same pattern: talented people stepping into more responsibility without the support, structure, or self-awareness they needed to lead.

From all of that We Ascend was born. Over the last few years, I’ve coached hundreds of leaders and taken over 350 people through deep personal development and business retreats in Bali and Australia. Those experiences don’t just give people tools they give them clarity. On who they are. How they lead. And what needs to shift for things to change. I’ve coached people through burnout, imposter syndrome, team blow-ups, business pivots, and hard personal reckonings because leadership isn’t just about KPIs and systems. It’s about how you show up when things get hard. How you lead when people are watching and when they’re not. My work is grounded in lived experience. I’ve led sales teams, scaled businesses, consulted with brands, and coached emerging leaders in some of the most chaotic and emotional industries out their salons, service, and start-ups. I don’t teach fluff, and I don’t sell fantasy. I teach real tools that create real leadership the kind that earns trust and builds culture that lasts. If your team doesn’t follow you it’s not because they’re lazy or unmotivated. It’s because you haven’t learned how to lead them yet.
