· Sectioning (Specific to Airtouch) – Learn precise sectioning techniques designed specifically for Airtouch, ensuring clean, even color placement while maintaining the natural flow of the hair.

• Parting (Creating Different Blonde Effects) – Understand how strategic parting plays the main role in customizing the final blonde look , different parting techniques to create soft dimensions, high contrast blondes, or natural sun-kissed effects, depending on your client’s needs.

• Balance (The Most Critical Element in Airtouch) – The most essential nuance of Airtouch is mastering the balance of short layers by using the 30-40-50 method. Learn how to adjust airflow and control the percentage of blown-out hair

Alisher Karabaev | @alisher_hairstylist

Alisher’s journey into hairdressing began with a formal education in fine arts, giving him a deep understanding of color, shape, texture and balance—a foundation that has shaped his approach to blonding and contemporary hair techniques.

With over two decades of experience in the industry, Alisher’s career started in the early 2000s at the renowned French academy Dessange, where he mastered classic European techniques before advancing into high-level color transformations. Over the past eight years, he has been working in Eastern Suburbs, perfecting his skills and developing his signature approach to blonding.

Since 2019, Alisher has been deeply focused on excelling in Airtouch, recognizing its potential to elevate blonde services. In 2023, he completed advanced training with the creator of the method, Vladimir Sarbashev, in Barcelona, followed by an intensive expert course with him in New York in 2024.

Alisher is passionate about AirTouch because, “It creates artistic possibilities that traditional hairdressing doesn’t, whilst being more natural and longer lasting. You can craft different looks while maintaining complete control over colour placement—something traditional techniques simply can’t offer.

Learning how to create a balanced blonde that maintains hair health leads to more loyal clients who happily pay a premium and book months in advance. However, only a structured, knowledgeable, and professional approach to learning Airtouch can unlock its full potential, allowing stylists to achieve consistent, flawless results and solve any challenge in creating the perfect blonde.

Alisher is the only certified AirTouch specialist and trainer in Australia and will run an accredited two-day Airtouch training workshop in July and August 2025, designed to give hairdressers the tools, techniques, and confidence to excel in this revolutionary blonding method.
