Danger Jones Hair Festival 2025: Bigger, Bolder, and Brighter!

After an unprecedented overflowing room capacity at last year’s Hair Festival, Danger Jones is back with a bigger and bolder Session. Danger Jones’ “people above profits” values are shared by a lot of artists across the world, which has led them to explode globally. The brand has rapidly expanded into 40 countries in just its first two years, and it now has the highest social media engagement of any hair color brand in the world.

Alexis Thurston | @alexisthurston

Alexis Thurston is the co-founder of Danger Jones and is responsible for formulating all their products. She is based in Los Angeles, but travels across the world educating and building her brand, which is already distributed in 40 countries. Alexis is also the co-owner of Butterfly Loft Salon, the place where all Danger Jones products are created and tested. She’s also an outspoken advocate for equal opportunities for women in the beauty industry. Few people have so many titles in our industry as Alexis does – she’s a stylist, a salon owner, an educator, a product creator, an entrepreneur, and a beauty industry disrupter.

Chrissy Danielle is the owner of Chrissy Danielle Salon and the founder of #TheBlondeRoadmap©. Based in Cleveland, Ohia, Chrissy serves as the Global Ambassador for Danger Jones, traveling worldwide to educate and inspire stylists. A highly skilled stylist, salon owner, and educator, she is renowned for her expertise in blonding techniques, color placement, and social media strategy. Chrissy has received numerous global awards and accolades for her contributions to the beauty industry, and she is dedicated to empowering fellow stylists through her innovative education and passion for excellence.

Tia Lambourn | @tialambourn_hair

Tia Lambourn is a renowned global educator and passionate stylist based in the United Kingdom. She owns Bay Studios, a creative hub that empowers stylists through in-person classes and international collaborations. Tia also founded the Blonding Bible, an online education platform offering accessible, behind-the-chair training to stylists worldwide. In 2025, she expanded this with The Blonding Bible In Detail, an exclusive online community featuring in-depth tutorials and industry networking opportunities. As a Global Ambassador for Danger Jones, Tia’s influence reaches far beyond the salon. Her passion and leadership continue to inspire and shape the next generation of stylists.
