Sharlene Lee, a 30-year veteran in the Australian hair industry, owns and leads two acclaimed Circles of Hair salons in Perth. Recognized as the 2023 Salon Director and Salon Business of the Year, she excels in customer service and digital marketing. Leading a team of over 50 stylists, Sharlene’s engaging and empowering approach sets her apart. Featured in top publications like The Journal and InStyle, she combines style, creativity, and business acumen. Her salons have earned the Salon Business of the Year title for six consecutive years, solidifying her impact. With an expanded Subiaco location, Sharlene continues to shape and innovate the Perth salon scene.
Jessica Del Borrello | @jessmariedel
Jessica Del Borrello’s passion for hair design emerged at 13, working weekends at a boutique salon before her apprenticeship. Now an essential part of the dynamic Circles of Hair duo in Perth with Sharlene Lee, Jessica has been integral since 2012. Her journey at Circles of Subiaco allowed her to refine her craft, earning her a finalist spot in the AHFA WA/NT Hairdresser of the Year for 2016. As a L’Oréal i-D Artist Team member, she represented L’Oréal Professionnel at major events nationwide. Joining the REDKEN Styling Team at Sydney Fashion Week, Jessica’s skills extend to team management, social media marketing, and business acumen. Now a Director at Circles on Fitzgerald, Jessica and Sharlene are entering their sixth year in business, driven by a unique bond and a commitment to evolving the Circles of Hair brand.
