Overview

The presentation will feature four models, showcasing a progression of creative colour techniques ranging from soft commercial creative work through to more editorial placement and tonal concepts.

  • Model One — Live Creative Toning Demonstration
    • Shorter haircut/model to showcase versatility within the presentation and move away from an overly long-hair balayage-focused feel.
    • Model will arrive pre-lightened.
    • Live demonstration of creative toning, colour layering, tonal refinement, and placement techniques.
    • Approx. 15-minute live segment.
    • Model to process backstage while being blow-dried/styled by assistants before returning on stage later in the presentation as a finished result.
  • Model Two — Editorial Creative Placement
    • Completed long hair creative colour look.
    • Focus on strategically lightened panels to create soft shimmers and flashes of creative colour throughout the hair.
    • Breakdown of sectioning patterns, pivots, placement, and how controlled colour positioning creates movement, contrast, and dimension.
    • This model will showcase the placement using bold creative colour tones in a refined, wearable way.
  • Model Three — Commercial Translation of the Same Placement Technique
    • This model will use the exact same colour placement and sectioning approach as Model Two, but translated into a softer, more commercial salon application.
    • Focus on demonstrating how the same placement techniques can create either bold editorial results or softer wearable colour depending on tonal choice and depth placement.
    • Breakdown of where lightness and depth are strategically positioned to create movement, contrast, and softness within the final result.
  • Model Four — Finished Commercial Creative Look
    • Pre-coloured creative commercial model.
    • Model to arrive approximately three-quarters pre-styled.
    • Final styling and finishing work completed live on stage while discussing texture, movement, and refinement techniques.
